Second Opinion Punished By Medical Kidnap

Why Is A Second Opinion A Threat To Pediatricians?
A second opinion seems like a threat to unethical pediatricians, who are predetermined to hide their medical errors. They remove pediatric patients from custodial parents minimum 1 year until the statute of limitation to file a lawsuit is exhausted.
The associated medical facilities are funded by high-risk local governmental agencies that became the target of the State auditors in California under Government Code § 8546.10. Those agencies receive state and federal grants per child taken away from custodial parents if the child was admitted to the contracted medical facilities and if the child later became the State custody. This type of medical malpractice serves as a bank that transfers money from a giver to a taker and vice versa.
In the 19th century, children were thought taken to be changelings by the superstitious, and therefore abused or murdered. It was reported that the diseases with symptoms that match the description of changelings in various legends were Spina bifida, Cystic fibrosis, PKU, Progeria, Down syndrome, Homocystinuria, Williams syndrome, Hurler syndrome, Hunter syndrome, Regressive autism, Prader-Willi Syndrome, and Cerebral palsy. These are the nicknames of opportunistic or pathogenic infections.
The underlying cause to murder those innocent children (changeling) in the 19th century was the lack of medical knowledge of infectious diseases. Those children appear to be disabled or mentally ill children.
However, in the 21st century, all children are subject to this epidemic medical crime that allows unethical healthcare providers to sneak away from medical malpractice lawsuits. Many children reportedly died while they were placed in the foster care homes because of their untreated illness.
How can you protect yourself and children from this malpractice? What is the best evidence of medical errors if proper tests cannot be ordered? Which tests can prove your infections? Why do medical insurance companies not cover the tests that you need?
